The Human Edge: What AI Can't Do for Your Library

AI can generate the copy, analyze the data and produce the next campaign faster than ever. But as more marketing tasks become automated, what becomes more valuable about the marketer?

In this session, we’ll explore the human edge: the distinctly human capabilities that will command greater value in an AI-powered marketing economy. We’ll examine the skills marketers need to protect, strengthen and put to work as AI transforms the way we work.

For library marketers, this is an opportunity to examinewhat makes our work human. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to identify, develop and put those strengths to work in their libraries.
