A strong support organization can be pivotal to advancing your library’s mission. They can lead or enhance advocacy, fundraising, volunteering, strategic planning and so much more. Come learn ideas for improving relationships (and keeping them healthy) and chart a path forward to better engage and grow your Friends/support org. Leave this webinar stealing some ideas that you can adapt for your library no matter the size.

Participants will:

• Understand what your support organization needs from the library team to be stronger.

• Gain specific ideas and examples for better engaging with and growing your Friends.

• Determine initial steps forward that you can implement this year.
