Thank you for your patience and eager enthusiasm as LMCC has pivoted this year, just like many of our library pals, and gone virtual!

Our Board-led planning team has carefully curated a program for you that brings timely tips, ideas, and inspiration around library marketing and communications. We are excited to officially invite you to LMCC20 Online!


If you’re involved in marketing, communications, public relations, social media, or outreach in academic, public, and special libraries, this is the conference for you. Whether this is your first time to check out LMCC, or if you’ve attended every year, we hope you will join us for this special online event in November. Come to learn, be inspired, and meet up virtually with your library marketing peers.


The online, LIVE, event will be held November 4th, 5th, and 6th, with a total of 9 sessions spread over the 3 days, plus time for live, online networking with speakers and colleagues.

Wednesday, Nov. 4th  2pm - 5pm ET
Thursday, Nov. 5th 11am – 2pm ET
Friday, Nov. 6th 11am – 2pm ET


Sessions and speakers were selected with an eye towards what is timely and relevant in this very different year for us all, but especially how our libraries operate and communicate. We know many of you put into practice all those tips and best practices learned over the last 5 years of LMCC events and online discussion!

Sessions Address Topics Such As:  internal communication, crisis communications (when the crisis keeps going!), ways to market your library digitally, social media, marketing virtual programs, tech tips in all online library marketing, marketing diversity & inclusion, accessibility, and more. [We are still finalizing session speakers - watch out for conference updates.]

There are two registration options [details here]:

LIVE ATTENDANCE : $199 - includes all the live sessions, networking/discussion sessions at the end of each day, PLUS access to the recordings and handouts of all sessions. Recordings will be available for 3 months.  


RECORDING ONLY: $99 - Allows you to watch + learn from LMCC sessions on your own time. This option includes access to conference recordings and handouts for 3 months after the event.

Please note, even though LMCC20 is online this year, we still have digital ‘space’ caps and LIVE ATTENDANCE registration is limited. Be sure to register quickly!
