LMCC 2020 Sponsorship Opportunities
We are pleased to announce that sponsorship opportunities for the 2020 Library Marketing and Communications Conference are now available. We hope that you will consider supporting our conference!
Due to COVID-19, LMCC 2020 will be a virtual event like no other. Our Board-led planning team has carefully curated a program that brings timely tips, ideas, and inspiration around library marketing and communications.
With the new virtual format, our sponsorship opportunities have transformed to allow some exciting new endeavors. In addition, this year 50% of all sponsorship funds will go towards the inaugural LMCC Scholarship Fund, to debut at the 2021 Conference!
Sponsorship Opportunities
LMCC 2020 is pleased to offer a variety of sponsorship opportunities for our virtual conference.
Bronze Level: $50.00 each – 20 available
Description: Sponsored electronic gift cards will be randomly awarded to attendees for attending sessions, answering surveys, etc.
Perks: Listed on LMCC website, featured in social media posts dedicated to sponsors (Facebook and Twitter)
Silver Level: $500.00 each – 7 available
Description: Sponsorship of 1 of 7 informational session, including the Roundtable or Live Networking sessions
Perks: Everything listed in Bronze Level PLUS opportunity to speak or show promotional video before Session/Roundtable/Networking (2 min max)
Gold Level: $1,500.00 each – 3 available
Description: Exclusive sponsorship of the 1st session of the day (November 4, 5 or 6)
Perks: Everything listed in Bronze Level PLUS opportunity to speak or show promotional video before first session of the day (2 min max)
Platinum Level: $4,000.00 – 1 available
Description: Facebook Watch Party event during the conference; sponsor may show promotional video (up to 15 min) and answer questions. Video will be branded and will live on LMCC website and on Facebook for sixty (60) days. Watch Party will be promoted in advance to Facebook group members (1400) and email listserv of over 2,000 subscribers. Promo will include brief promotional write-up with logo and hyperlink.
Perks: Everything listed in Bronze Level PLUS Facebook Watch Party event (1 hour) and dedicated social media posts/email blast to LMCC subscribers. Platinum Sponsor will also be included in Save the Date communication for LMCC 2021 and be given an early opportunity to choose their sponsorship level(s) for 2021.
Please note: As in previous years, LMCC will not be selling our attendee list.
